The Foundry public surface is governed by eligibility, distribution policy and clear boundaries between browser, backend and desktop.
ELIGIBILITY AND APPROVAL
Submitting a request or completing a browser step does not guarantee final approval.
DESKTOP REQUIREMENT
Foundry remains a desktop-first product.
Desktop authority
Browser-side continuation, request submission or identity resolution does not by itself grant operational use of the desktop.
OPERATIONAL BOUNDARY
A valid session does not automatically mean the factory can run.
Runtime authority
Machine authorization, remote access policy, installed version and runtime readiness may still block access to the operational shell.
POLICY AND SUPPORT
Release channels, rollout windows, recovery and assisted delivery vary by plan and account state.
Commercial policy, organization scope and current account status still define how support and controlled distribution work.
